MarriageTeam coach training is for Christian couples who want to be volunteer marriage coaches for MarriageTeam. It is 24 hours of interactive training. Couples will practice their coaching skills five different times during the training and be given feedback by those they are coaching and the instructors. The training schedule is:

Couples will learn how to coach on improved communication skills, anger management, bitterness and forgiveness, conflict resolution, problem solving, personality differences, intimacy and goal setting. Participating couples report an average 15% improvement in their own relationships as a result of participating in this extremely effective training. Over 98% of the couples say they would recommend the training to another couple. When a couple completes the training they will be qualified to coach premarital, enrichment, and distressed marriages. 89% of the couples who have talked about divorce decide not to divorce when they are coached by MarriageTeam coaches.
