exerintimacy.gifACME has published a collection of more than 150 marriage enrichment exercises gathered over 25 years from many sources. These are bound in loose leaf notebook for easy reproduction. These exercises can be used by individual couples, in Marriage Enrichment Groups, workshops, retreats, or classes to help couples talk to each other about important parts of their relationship.

A CD (PC and Mac compatible) is also available which contains 100 of these exercises in PDF format.

Go through this inventory very quickly circling the level of satisfaction you feel for each category. Then go back through very quickly and mark the level where you believe your spouse is with an “X.” Next, turn to your spouse and compare ratings. Take time to dialogue about those areas where there is a wide divergence of ratings. These can be your most fruitful areas of growth.
